My T-Shirts are easily washed and require no special cleaning additives. Wear it right out of the package! I suggest washing once or twice to loosen up the fabric for a softer feel.

For reference, I am a (5 foot 9 inch, 175Lbs man) and I wear a X-Large. This is a slightly oversized fit that allows me to wear it in the gym or as a casual shirt for a night out. I will fit into a Large, however, it is more fitting around my biceps and chest. Yes, I can fit into a large but I prefer the slightly overrsized look.
